Note
Before connecting the voice recorder to your phone, switch the recorder to the OFF position. Then connect it to your phone and wait about 3 seconds. Once the device scan is complete, it will appear in the Files app.

Important Next Step
After saving, please copy the downloaded settings.txt file and paste it into the root directory of your voice recorder via USB. Make sure to replace/overwrite the existing SETTINGS.TXT file for the new settings to take effect.
